Yes, you will receive an email confirmation immediately after your purchase is complete. This email includes your order number, order details, and for digital downloads, your download links.
For digital downloads, orders cannot be cancelled once the download links have been accessed. For physical prints, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes, as prints are produced on-demand and production begins quickly.
Digital Downloads
After your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with secure download links. Simply click the links to download your high-resolution files. Downloads are available immediately after payment.
Digital downloads are provided as high-resolution JPEG files at 300 DPI, suitable for professional printing. The files are optimized for standard print sizes and can be printed at any professional print shop.
Download links are valid for 30 days and allow up to 5 downloads. We recommend downloading your files immediately and saving them to a secure location. If you need your links refreshed, please contact us with your order number.
Digital downloads are licensed for personal use only. This includes printing for your home or office. Commercial use, redistribution, or resale is not permitted. Please contact us for commercial licensing inquiries.
Physical Prints
Our prints are produced using museum-quality giclee printing technology. We use archival-grade inks rated for 100+ years and premium fine art papers. Each print is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure the highest quality.
We offer premium fine art paper with a subtle texture that enhances the artwork. Our paper is acid-free, archival quality, and meets museum conservation standards. The weight and finish are selected to complement the artistic style of each piece.
Our prints are sold unframed, allowing you to choose a frame that perfectly matches your interior design. We recommend using acid-free matting and UV-protective glass to preserve your print for years to come.
We offer prints in multiple sizes to suit different spaces. Available sizes vary by artwork and are displayed on each product page. Common sizes include 30x30cm, 40x40cm, and 50x50cm, as well as larger formats for statement pieces.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide! Our prints are produced through a global network of print partners, which means your order is printed at the facility closest to you, reducing shipping time and environmental impact.
Production typically takes 2-5 business days. Shipping times vary by location: Europe (3-7 business days), North America (5-10 business days), and Rest of World (7-14 business days). You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount (varies by region). Exact shipping costs are displayed before you complete your purchase.
Each print is carefully packaged in protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Prints are placed in acid-free tissue, then in a rigid mailer or tube depending on size. We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific information.
Returns & Refunds
If your print arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Since prints are made on-demand, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds once download links have been accessed. If you experience technical issues with your download, please contact us and we will help resolve the problem.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate with our shipping partner and either locate your package or arrange for a replacement to be sent.
